Shandra T. Parks, Ph.D. is the CEO and Founder of Designed 4 Purpose, LLC. She is a partner with Soul Purpose, a company that offering high quality nature-based treatments for everyday bath and beauty care, home accents and motivational products. Dr. Parks is a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor and a Licensed Graduate Social Worker for the District of Columbia.
Dr. Parks received her Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Seton Hall University, a MSW from Rutgers University and a Ph.D. in Clinical Christian Counseling from Family Bible Ministries Worldwide.
